From apprentice to trainer
When Jana started her apprenticeship at CONAL, she was curious, motivated – and full of questions. These days, she’s more than ready to provide answers herself. Since 2021, Jana has been guiding CONAL’s business administration apprentices, drawing on her dedication and experience to make their start just as rewarding as her own. “I wanted an apprenticeship where I wouldn’t just learn the theory, but could really get involved and develop my skills – and that’s exactly what I found at CONAL.” From the outset, Jana was trusted with responsibility, encouraged to contribute her own ideas and shown that her input mattered. “The first time I worked on a real customer project was a pivotal moment. I wasn’t just an apprentice any more – I was part of the team.” This experience shaped her and showed her just how much is possible when trust, team spirit and development come together. Now she is passing on the support she once received. Drawing on her own apprenticeship, Jana knows exactly what matters: genuine support, open feedback and the opportunity to reach your full potential.
